I'm upset it has taken me so long to update on here. I've thought about updating so many times over the past week but haven't found the time.
Oh well.
Grady is now a little over THREE months old. It's crazy how quickly the time has flown by.
- He wears size 2 diapers. Sometimes I wonder if he's needing bigger diapers though. Those blow outs just get so messy and nasty.
- He is still wearing some 0-3 month outfits but mainly 3 month to even 6 month clothes. I just can't seem to part with some smaller footed clothes that still seem to fit.
- He loves to babble and smile. He's started to really giggle, and it's the sweetest little sound. He has such a cheesy big smile like Zac (in my opinion).
- I'll be honest and say he's still sleeping alone in our bedroom. We really don't mind but plan to put him in his crib tonight. He's been napping there for awhile now so maybe it will go smoothly.
- He loves to suck on his hands and has started to bat at toys.
- He's sitting up and holding his head so well. He doesn't sit up alone, but what three month old does. I can place him in the corner of the couch and he stays upright the entire time.
- Tummy time is a lot better now that he isn't such a bobble head. The only time I think he lacks head control is when he's very sleepy.
- He got to visit four states on our way to Chicago last week. I'll update on our wonderful trip in another post.
- I'm able to read my baby so much better than I did when he was one month old. I know when he's obviously sleepy, hungry, bored, or lonely. He is such a huge social baby. He hates being left alone. Zac and I are pretty sure he will be outgoing like his daddy.
- His eyes are getting bluer and bluer. We think they will stay blue but may be a darker shade than Zac's eyes.
- We think he may have started teething a little. His cheeks get flushed, and he's started to droll so much more than before. He's also started bringing his blankets and toys to his mouth.
Grady is such a happy baby. We are loving his adorable laugh and can't wait to experience the upcoming months and the changes that come with them.
Much love,
Em
